Client meeting notes, in your language

Verbiva records a client meeting from your own laptop or phone, detects the language your client speaks, and writes your summary in the language you work in. When it's time to send notes, you share only the points you pick.

What does a typical client meeting look like?

Your client speaks Spanish, you write in English. You record the meeting, read the summary in English, and send back only the agreed next steps, usually as a share link. Your private note about pricing stays yours.

A link shows the points in the language you shared them in. A client whose browser is set to Spanish sees them in Spanish only when a Spanish translation of exactly that copy already exists, for example when you share the whole summary after reading it in Spanish yourself.

How do I keep my own notes private?

  • Every meeting starts in your private workspace. Only you see it.
  • Sharing is always a deliberate step: pick the points, check the preview, share.
  • People you share with get a frozen copy of what you previewed. Your later edits stay yours until you choose Update shared version.
  • They never see the transcript or the recording.
  • Links expire, and you can revoke one any time from the meeting's sharing line.

Can I stop sensitive details showing up?

Turn on Hide personal details. Email addresses, phone numbers and card, bank and ID numbers then show as [email], [phone] and so on, and the AI reads only that. It reduces what's shown but doesn't guarantee everything is caught, and the audio isn't masked.

Does a bot join the client's call?

No. Verbiva never sends a bot.

  • In person: record from your phone or laptop.
  • On a call, from the website: it hears only your microphone; with headphones, not the other side.
  • On a call, from the Mac or Windows app (planned for launch day, 8 Dec 2026): it records the computer's sound along with your microphone, still with no bot.

What about consent?

Before each recording, Verbiva asks you to confirm that everyone knows and agreed, and saves that with the meeting. In many places, everyone in the conversation must agree. Tell your client every time.

Can I turn action items into a to-do list?

Yes. Action items become follow-ups with who and when. You can add a dated one to your calendar as a file or a Google Calendar link. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook in Settings and a recording is named after the meeting it's in; Verbiva never changes your calendar.

Can I take my data with me or delete it?

Yes. Delete a meeting's audio, its transcript, or the whole meeting from its ⋯ menu. You can also download everything you own as a .zip, or delete your account.

What does it cost?

The free plan has every language feature (2 hours a month). Pro is planned at $14 a month with 10 hours and recordings up to 4 hours; payments aren't on at launch. Verbiva isn't offered in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Quebec for now. See pricing.
